FAQ
1. *SPECIAL OFFER RENTAL*
The original rental price will be $80, however, for the special month of Ramadan it is now $75!
2. What are the time slots for me to rent out the bookstore?
Sungkai hours: between 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Moreh hours: 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Should there be an extension there will be accrued payment that will be added to your bill.
3. What is the capacity of the bookstore?
For table without decor -> 2 - 8 pax
For with table decor -> 4 - 6 pax
4. Can I bring my own food to the venue?
Yes, you may!
Please note: We will not provide eating utensils, microwaves, or refrigerators for your event. You are responsible to bring your own necessities. To respect the cleanliness and worth of the Honey Bookstore, please ensure to keep the cleanliness of the bookstore else there will be an additional cleaning fee billed to you.
5. Can The Honey Bookstore arrange the refreshments for me?
So sorry but not at the moment :(
We would love to focus more on setting up our home to make it cozy just for you! However, we can recommend to you some food vendors that are our personal favorites that you may bring to the bookstore.
6. How do I make an appointment?
Simply fill up the form below and attach your bank-in screenshot when you submit the form.
7. What is your method of payment?
We would highly encourage bank transfers via BIBD/Baiduri. However, should you wish to make a cash payment, please notify us of the date and time for you to make your payment to the bookstore.
Payment at the door before your booking is highly discouraged as we would like to avoid ghosts and joy bookers.
8. How do I book the date and time?
At the bottom of this page, you will see our google calendar where you can pick the date and time of your session with us. Please ensure to provide a valid phone number and email address.
9. Am I allowed to cancel and request for a refund?
All payments are non-refundable nor transferrable to any other services. However, should you wish to reschedule, please notify us 2 - 3 days prior to your booking or else, your booking will be forfeited and there will be no refunds.
10. Will there be time adjustments if my guests or myself would come a little later than the designated time?
No time adjustments or fees will be made should you come late to the venue. We will follow the set time you have scheduled through our system. If you were to exceed the time slot limit, a late fee will be charged to you once you have surpassed your slot.
11. Will there be a prayer room provided?
You may use our bookstore as a prayer room. Please let us know when you're ready so we can set up the prayer area for you. Don't forget to bring your own prayer mat and/or telekung.
